Frequently Asked Questions:
Why should I choose you
As we are a local company as apposed to a national company who use agencys to carry out there collections, We do all our work ourselves with a team of profesional drivers with a fleet of Vehicles to suit every collection. Being a local company, this keeps our costs down to a minimum enabling us to pay highest prices and provide a fast profesional service. We guarantee no nasty suprises weeks down the line. We also have a superb ratio on collecting your car at the time the vehicle is booked in. Infact we take calls every day from the public who have previously been let down by other companies or have been offered a fair price over the phone then had that price slashed in half when the driver comes to collect. The price we quote is the price we pay. All of the vehicles we collect are recycled at a Authorised Treatment Facilitie (ATF) for end of life vehicles and we issue a DVLA Certificate of Destruction for every vehicle.
I have lost the keys is it a problem
Not a problem! - Our drivers are well trained and equipped to deal with this kind of problem, But you will need to inform us that there are no keys when making your booking.

No problem! We have probably removed a lot worse. Sometimes these kind of collections will take a little longer. We have never failed to lift a vehicle yet!
Does my vehicle need to be complete
The quotes we give are based on the weight of the complete vehicle. We have no problem with you removing parts but this may affect the price we pay. The wheels must remain on the vehicle. Please tell us the full extent of the vehicle at the time of booking. This will enable us to make a decision and allocate the correct vehicle for collection.
